Our conversations will help you build confidence, re-frame thinking, learn tools and techniques to support yourself; all creating positive change.
I primarily coach women who are navigating life changes such as grief, divorce, redundancy or those who are feeling uncertain about what comes next.
Coaching is not therapy, it is more goal focused, so is well suited to those who are ready to look ahead, take steps forward and make changes, even small ones.
This is a no obligation, warm and friendly conversation where you can share a little about your situation, ask questions and see whether coaching feels right for you.
